Come to our auction on Thursday July 27th at 7pm at Dyck Arboretum of the Plains in Hesston Kansas! This will be a 2-tract auction. Don’t miss out on a great opportunity to grow your farm or to build and create memories!
Tract 1 is right on the outskirts of Hesston, Kansas on the corner of N. Emma Creek Rd and Hickory St. This potential build site already has a 40x80 Morton building with an attached office space, concrete floors throughout, and an overhead door. There is also a round top tin shed that is in great condition for storage. The Morton building has 2 garage doors, a bathroom, and an elevated storage space for more room! Tract 2 has been sold before the auction on July 27th. Hesston College has a Retreat Center sitting behind the 23 Acres that was up for auction. The access road to the Retreat Center laid on the neighboring property and after going through the paperwork, there was not a deeded easement to the property. To allow the College to continue to use the road an agreement was reached to give the College an easement to the Retreat Center. Tract 2
DESCRIPTION: Tract 2 has been sold before the auction on July 27th. Hesston College has a Retreat Center sitting behind the 23 acres that was up for auction. The access road to the Retreat Center lies on the neighboring property and after going through the paperwork, there was not a deeded easement to the property. To allow the College to continue to use the road, an agreement was reached to give the College an easement to the Retreat Center.
