Tract 1 brought $3,200/acre, a total of $467,200.


Tract 2 brought $3,800/acre, a total of $140,600.


Tract 3 brought $2,000/acre, a total of $156,000.

Description:

DESCRIPTION: Tract 1 is approximately 146 acres of bottom ground that carries a good portion of class I McCook silt loam and Class II Roxbury silt loam soils mostly level with a small area of terraced Geary silt loam soil.


TAXES: 2022 taxes were paid in the amount of $1,781.76 on 146.1 taxable acres.
