We are pleased to announce the public offering of eight exceptional tracts of creek bottom tillable, upland tillable, and world class whitetail habitat. It has been years since the public has been afforded the opportunity to purchase this many tillable tracts, of various size and typography, at one time and at one location. The acreage of these tracts will range from 40 acres to 160 acres, making it appealing for everyone to add to their operation or portfolio.
The majority of these tracts are located south of Abilene around Rural Center. However, there are a few tracts around the Holland/Carlton/Gypsum areas, further adding to the potential of having a positive impact on your real estate holdings balance sheet.
