A lifelong resident of central Kansas, Ray started his rewarding career in agriculture working for local farmers and ranchers. That evolved into an undying commitment to real estate over the last decade. He and his wife Rachelle have been married for 24 years, and their family remains deeply involved in both agriculture and real estate. Their daughter is a graduate of Kansas State and Kansas Wesleyan, and their son has committed to Fort Hays. The family runs a small cow herd in Ottawa and Republic counties and, during haying season, bales and sells small squares and round bales. When time permits, Ray enjoys team roping, hunting, and fishing, and as a real estate broker he looks forward to exceeding expectations in every transaction.

Born and raised in Saline County, Derek graduated from Ell-Saline High School in 2003 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in ag business from Kansas State University. After graduating, he moved back home to continue working alongside his dad and brothers on the family farm and ranch. He was later given the opportunity to get into real estate and has enjoyed meeting new people while helping them in all areas of real estate. Derek lives just south of Salina with his wife Christy and their three children, Bristol, Everett, and Dean. They enjoy their rural home with barn cats, dogs, a donkey, a horse, and some cattle. When time allows, Derek enjoys golfing, fishing, working on projects around the home and farm, and relaxing on the sun porch in the evenings.

Billy grew up in Abilene, Kansas on a greyhound farm, graduated from Kansas State University, and has lived on a farm south of Chapman for the last 20 years. He and his wife Joycelyn have three boys, Cole, Layton, and Thomas, who keep them busy with 4-H, sports, hunting, fishing, and camping. Billy also loves greyhounds, horses, team roping, and cooking. He enjoys sharing the rewards of rural living and helping clients sell or buy property that allows them to accomplish their goals.

Born and raised in Republic County, Levi graduated from Pike Valley High School in 2007 and continued his education at Kansas State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in animal sciences with a minor in range management. After living and working northeast of Manhattan, Kansas for eight years, he returned to his hometown of Scandia. His background includes agriculture, construction, remodel work, operating a farrier business, and custom hire work. Levi believes in hard work, integrity, and faith, and looks forward to helping clients find the right property and put down roots of their own as a licensed real estate agent in Kansas.

Ty was raised on a small family farm just north of Hope, Kansas. He graduated from Hope High School in 2007 and went on to attend Northwestern Oklahoma State University on a rodeo scholarship while studying ag business. After college, he returned home and began contract care taking on cattle on summer grass as well as selling feed. He is currently the Northeast Kansas Commercial Beef Specialist for ADM Animal Nutrition.

Amanda graduated from Kansas State University in May 2025 with a degree in agribusiness and is thankful to have found her place at Horizon Farm and Ranch Realty. Even though she was not born and raised in Kansas, it has truly become home. She grew up with parents who taught her to love the outdoors and appreciate the role agriculture plays in everyday life, and real estate has been the perfect way to stay connected to the ag world. Before real estate, Amanda spent a great deal of time around cutting horses, which taught her the value of patience, dedication, and a good sense of humor. When she is not working, you can usually find her fishing or hiking with her dog, spending time with friends, or watching football.

Larry was born and raised in North Central Kansas. After earning a bachelor's degree in animal science and meeting his wife, Kristi, in Western Kansas, they moved back to Cloud County. He has been a professional farrier in Kansas and Nebraska for more than 20 years, while also farming and ranching and staying active in the Clyde, Kansas community and church. Larry and Kristi have three boys who share the same passions, and the family enjoys riding horses, roping together, traveling to rodeo events, and hunting when time allows. Through business, activities, and travel across Kansas and Nebraska, Larry has built a large network of contacts. He understands agriculture deeply, but also enjoys helping clients buy and sell homes, businesses, and commercial property. He believes in hard work, integrity, and faith, and looks forward to serving clients as a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Nebraska with Horizon Farm and Ranch Realty, LLC.

Raised in Bennington, Kansas, Samantha graduated from Bennington High School in 2018. She is a recent graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and later earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Kansas Wesleyan University. In conjunction with her business studies, Samantha decided to begin a career in real estate during her undergraduate years. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent, she has thoroughly enjoyed the people she has met through the business. Growing up outdoors, she enjoys hunting, fishing, riding horses, running, and golfing. Samantha looks forward to building strong client relationships and helping people find exactly what they are looking for.

Clint lives in Mitchell County with his family in an area known as the Blue Hills. Being raised in the community gave him a passion for helping people in rural Kansas. He focuses on farm and ranch real property because anyone living in the area will directly feel the effects of agriculture. Clint's goal is to help people take advantage of opportunities to buy or sell, and he understands how important it is for producers to achieve true value when selling property. That is why being part of a brokerage with a strong reputation in the regional ag industry matters to him. Horizon Farm and Ranch Realty is where he believes buyers and sellers can add value to the transaction.

Rachelle grew up in the Abilene area, graduated from Kansas State University, and taught in the public school system for twenty years. During that time, she and her husband Ray had the privilege of raising their family just outside of Bennington, Kansas. Their daughter Samantha is a recent Kansas State graduate, and their son is preparing to attend Kansas State as well. As the family-owned and operated business grew, Rachelle shifted her profession into real estate. She has always enjoyed helping people realize their potential, first as a teacher and now by helping families find homes that fit them well. She truly enjoys guiding clients through the process of buying real estate and helping them find the right place to call home.

Emma grew up in rural Chapman, Kansas and attended Chapman High School. She now lives on her husband's family farm just west of Clay Center with their two dogs. They enjoy doing anything outdoors together, whether that means checking crops with a drive or riding ATVs in the mountains. Growing up around a family livestock operation taught Emma hard work and dedication early on, and after getting married and moving she became increasingly interested in crop production as well. That interest led her into agricultural real estate and ultimately to earning her real estate license. She is excited to help each client achieve their goals, from selling to buying.

Lucas joined Horizon Farm and Ranch Realty in the summer of 2016. He has a strong background in agriculture, including agronomy, livestock, and farm management. After graduating from Hillsboro High School in 2007, he attended Butler County Community College, where he received an associate's degree in agricultural business and was an All-Conference fullback on the football team. He then continued both his education and athletic career at Kansas State University, earning a bachelor's degree in accounting in 2011 while playing football for coach Bill Snyder. Lucas was born and raised on a diversified crop and livestock operation west of Tampa, Kansas, where he continues to farm with his dad. He and his wife Amber live in Salina with their two boys, Jaxson and Brooks.

Kris has worked in real estate for many years in a variety of capacities. She started in real estate lending and, after many years in lending, was offered an opportunity to learn another side of the business as a closing officer for a title company. When the opportunity came to work with Horizon Farm and Ranch Realty, LLC, she was excited to continue expanding her real estate experience. Kris enjoys working with people and wants to help each sale go as smoothly as possible. She is also a Kansas State University fan and attends many football and basketball home games in Manhattan. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her two daughters, Morgan and Miranda, and discovering new places together.

Raised in Bennington, Kansas, Grant graduated from Bennington High School in 2022. He has a background in rodeo and agriculture, which helps him connect naturally with clients in the ag community. Grant looks forward to building strong relationships in this career and helping clients find exactly what they are looking for.

Raised in Newton, Kansas, Micheala graduated from Hesston High School in 2018 and completed her degree at Kansas State University in May 2022 with a major in agribusiness and a minor in management. Growing up on a five-generation farm showed her the importance of agriculture and the dedication it takes to do the work well. Over the years she has grown her love for agriculture and for the people who make the industry what it is. Real estate gives Micheala another avenue to help people while staying connected to what she loves most.
